KPC5 Series Pitot Probe Covers

The patented KPC5 pitot cover is designed to allow for ease of installation and removal for pitot probes that are just out of reach from ground level. Constructed of DuPont™ Kevlar®, other polyaramid components, and high temperature silicones, the patented KPC5 cover will provide exceptional protection of the pitot probe.

• Multi-layered DuPont™ Kevlar® construction will not scratch or damage the probe.
• Molded installation rod provides easy installation and removal of the pitot cover.
• Working temperature of 850° F / 454°C.
• Heat test temperature of 1,150°F / 621°C.
• Tight fit, factory set pull off resistance tested.
• Flame-retardant (does not melt).
• Water repellant lamina.
• Chemical/Abrasion resistance.
• Metal-free/Low particulate.
• NAS1756 approved warning streamer with part number identification.
• Manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
