The patented KPC4T series pitot probe covers are specifically designed to offer the ultimate in pitot probe and probe tip protection for aircraft utilizing the Collins Aerospace SmartProbe® Air Data System. Constructed of DuPont™ Kevlar® and other polyaramid components, the KPC4T has an integrated probe tip protector for unparalleled performance.

• Triple-layered DuPont™ Kevlar® construction will not scratch or damage the probe.
• Working temperature of 900° F / 482°C.
• Heat test temperature of 1,275°F / 691°C.
• Tight fit, factory set pull off resistance tested.
• Flame-retardant (does not melt).
• Water repellant lamina.
• Chemical/Abrasion resistance.
• Metal-free/Low particulate.
• Removal loop.
• NAS1756 approved warning streamer with part number identification.
• Manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
• Manufactured under ISO 9001 and AS9100D quality assurance requirements.
