The KPC6T-EX offers vital Pitot probe tip protection for the Collins Aerospace SmartProbe® and other Pitot probes requiring the same protection level.
The KPC6T-EX cover is made of non-melting DuPont Kevlar® that is flame-retardant, chemical resistant, water repellant and tolerant to extreme weather conditions.
The KPC6T-EX’s high temperature silicone head construction allows for pole installation utilizing the IPEX Pitot Installation Adapter, allowing safe installation of the cover from the ground.
The silicone head is pre-fitted with positive attachments for Sesame Technologies’ Safety Lanyard System, ensuring a secure connection with all Executive Series GSE products.
Outfitted with a NAS1756 approved warning streamer.
Manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
Manufactured under ISO9001 and AS9100D quality assurance requirements.
