The IPEX Installation Pole is 3-section inverted pole equipped with a unique locking head for safe installation of the Diamond Engine Shield EX.
The main body of the pole is made of anodized aluminum with the locking head made of 316L stainless steel, the multi-section telescoping pole extends and retracts easily with the use of locking levers.
The IPEX Installation Pole has a rotating support pad on the bottom end of the pole.
The primary section of the pole has ergonomic full padding for grip which doubles as a safety mechanism in case the pole is accidentally dropped.
The spring loaded pivot locking mechanism works with the Diamond Engine Shield EX’s bell mouth handle to create a positive connection and serve as a universal joint and the components will not detach from one another until the user disengages the unique locking head.
Available in 2 sizes: Light to midsize aircraft, midsize to super long range.
